She works as a Counselor for Adults and Couples, Employee Assistance Consultant, Substance Abuse Professional and Public Speaker. As a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) under the Department of Transportation, Ellen is qualified under 49 CFR Part 40 to evaluate employees who have violated a DOT drug and alcohol regulation and make recommendations concerning education, treatment, follow-up testing, and aftercare.
